The Blueprint Brunswick Master Plan Study consists of a detailed set of plans and strategies that will guide the redevelopment of the Brunswick Peninsula District over the next decade. These include a vision for the future of Historic Brunswick; an organizational plan for achieving that vision; a business plan detailing opportunities, costs, and financing; an agenda to build public support; and a marketing plan to attract new investment.

The Blueprint directly addresses comprehensive redevelopment opportunities and related issues for the Brunswick Peninsula District that were identified by two professional planning teams over a 30 month period. Nine Tier I Catalyst Project sites located within four areas of the peninsula district represent over $140,000,000 in new investment potential. Eight Tier II Catalyst Project sites are slated for formal market/feasibility studies. Many of these sites are experiencing increasing activity from the private sector. These projects will serve to create new jobs and increase the local tax base while addressing commercial development and housing needs at all economic levels.
